Ian Hardacre

BEFORE BRIDGEPORT:
Ian has over 25 years of experience managing global publicly traded equity portfolios on behalf of both institutional and individual investors.  Prior to joining Bridgeport, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Empire Life Investments and Co-Chief Investment Officer and Head of Canadian Equities at Invesco Canada Ltd.  Ian began his investment career at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.

EDUCATION:
Earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from McMaster University.

DESIGNATIONS:
Ian holds a CFA designation.

ON THE WEEKENDS:
On the weekends, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and their dogs. He is also a big sports fan and loves skiing and playing hockey and golf with his friends.
