Bridgeport Canadian Equity Fund

Invests in approximately 20 Canadian large capitalization publicly traded stocks with low turnover. Bridgeport employs quantitative screening and rigorous, bottom-up, fundamental research with a strict focus on earning quality, cash flow generation, profitable growth and valuation.

Bridgeport U.S. Equity Fund

Invests in approximately 20 U.S. large capitalization publicly traded stocks with low turnover. Bridgeport employs quantitative screening and rigorous, bottom-up, fundamental research with a strict focus on earning quality, cash flow generation, profitable growth and valuation.

Bridgeport Small & Mid Cap Equity Fund

Invests in a focused portfolio of approximately 20 to 30 small and mid-capitalization publicly traded North American stocks. Provides significant active exposure with diversification and low turnover. Focuses on companies with unique growth opportunities, discounted valuations and high-quality business fundamentals and management.

Bridgeport High Income Fund

Provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of primarily North American, income-producing, liquid investments including bonds, convertible bonds, senior loans, preferred shares and dividend-paying stocks. Bridgeport employs quantitative screening and deep, bottom-up, fundamental research with a strict focus on earning quality, cash flow stability and balance sheet strength.

Bridgeport Alternative Income Fund

Provides global exposure to a diversified portfolio of alternative income-generating private assets with low correlation to traditional investments and reduced volatility. Investors gain access to strategies typically reserved for large institutional investors and an actively managed portfolio with exposure to thousands of underlying investments.

Bridgeport Private Equity Opportunities Fund

Provides access to a globally diversified portfolio of private equity and venture capital strategies offering low correlation to traditional investments with reduced volatility. Investors gain access to strategies typically reserved for large institutional investors in an actively managed portfolio with exposure to ownership interests in thousands of private companies.

Bridgeport Private Real Estate & Infrastructure Fund

Provides global exposure to a diversified portfolio of alternative investments across multiple private real estate and infrastructure asset classes with low correlation to traditional investments and reduced volatility. Investors gain access to strategies typically reserved for large institutional investors in an actively managed portfolio with exposure to ownership interests in thousands of individual real assets.

Balmoral Wood Commercial Advocate Fund

Provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of global, commercial litigation finance-related investments in partnership with institutional investment managers that specialize in this unique non-correlated asset class.
