Mahesh Shanmugam

CURRENT ROLE:
As Chief Operating Officer, Mahesh is responsible for Bridgeport’s operations, finance and compliance activities.

BEFORE BRIDGEPORT:
Mahesh was most recently Vice President, Operations for a Toronto-based investment manager for over five years. His professional experience includes various operational, compliance and accounting roles for multiple investment managers and a fund accounting firm.

EDUCATION:
Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Toronto. He is a CFA Charterholder.

ON THE WEEKENDS:
Mahesh likes to keep active, whether it’s pushing weights or running a friendly game of volleyball, and spending time with his ever-expanding family.
